Mónica Sala is Chief Network Officer at MasOrange, part of the Orange Group, and a member of the company's Executive Committee. She brings a 360-degree perspective on the telecommunications ecosystem, with leadership experience spanning network operators, technology vendors, and the public sector, and a track record covering Network, IT, and B2B responsibilities. She holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and an MBA from ESADE, and serves on the UPC Social Council. In 2010, she was named Engineer of the Year by the Catalan Association of Telecommunications Engineers, receiving the Salvà i Campillo Award.
