Wireless Global Congress EMEA 2026
Wi-Fi Innovation: Connecting Our Digital World
Uniting over 500 leaders and experts from the Wi-Fi industry with network operators, enterprises, and municipalities to exchange insights, cultivate learning, foster networking opportunities, and facilitate business transactions – that encapsulates the essence of WGC EMEA.

Topic Experts
The Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) is co-locating with Network X for the fourth year running to bring the Wireless Global Congress EMEA, the home of the largest Wi-Fi technology event to Vienna. This year we are looking at how Wi-Fi Innovation is connecting our digital world – from cities to schools; from the office to remote working; stadiums to our high street stores and for all our connectivity needs at home – Wi-Fi is the fabric that connects us.
This October we will be examining the latest developments in next-generation Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7 and the important regulatory considerations for 6GHz spectrum. The event will showcase WBA OpenRoaming's transformative impact on connectivity, security and privacy, while exploring the convergence of 5G/6G and Wi-Fi and the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into network operations.
From operator managed Wi-Fi and enterprise security to smart cities, connected vehicles and the evolving smart home, we'll address the business opportunities and management considerations that are critical to operators as they optimise customer experience and prepare for the next decade of wireless innovation.
- Join us: WBA Members Only Working Sessions – Oct 12-13 – VIECON, Vienna, Austria
- WGC EMEA Open Congress – Oct 14-15 – VIECON, Vienna, Austria
WBA is proud to bring the world of Wi-Fi to Network X, joining the broadband, cellular and cloud, at the world’s most comprehensive B2B telecommunications industry event. Hear directly from enterprises, operators, device manufacturers, service providers and many more.
