Alejandro Plater has been Chief Executive Officer of A1 Group since September 2023, having previously served as CEO from 2015 to 2018 and as COO and Member of the Management Board. Under his leadership, A1 Group continues its transformation into a leading digital services provider, driving investments in digital infrastructure, AI, cloud and cybersecurity across Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining A1 Group in 2015, he spent 18 years at Ericsson in international executive roles across Latin America and Europe. Alejandro studied Economics at the University of Buenos Aires and completed executive education at Columbia University, the Wharton School and London Business School.
