Dr. Leonard Dauphinee is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Broadband Products at MaxLinear where he is responsible for engineering development, technology direction, and strategy for connectivity and access products. He joined MaxLinear in 2012 as Vice President of Systems Engineering. In this role, he was responsible for hardware and software product development across all products lines. Prior to MaxLinear, he was at Broadcom since 1998 and led RFIC design for wired and wireless for broadband products. He received a Ph.D. in Electronics from Carleton University and is a named inventor on over 100 issued or filed U.S. patents.
