JunChurl Yoon, Head of the ICT Operations Department at Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), joined in 1996 and is recognized as a leading expert in power ICT planning and operations, with nearly 30 years of experience.
Having previously served as Head of the ICT Planning Department and Leader of the Digital Transformation Team, he now oversees the planning and operations of the nation's wired and wireless power network infrastructure, the construction of data centers, and the promotion of digital transformation initiatives.
He holds a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Soongsil University, an MBA from the Seoul Institute of Science and Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in energy economics from the Graduate School of Soongsil University.
