Hanen Garcia is Chief Architect, Telecommunications, in the CTO Office at Red Hat. With over 25 years of industry experience, Hanen leads strategic initiatives and architectural frameworks that guide service providers through complex network transformations. He currently serves as a board member on several open source projects within the Linux Foundation and the OAI Software Alliance. Hanen holds a Master of Engineering in Innovation Management from ÉTS (Canada) and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from Polytech Nancy (France).
