David is responsible for the team supporting the technical organization within ETSI www.etsi.org
He has been active in many relevant projects including NFV, MEC, and the creation of IoT/M2M standards activities.
He is the technical lead within ETSI for Smart Cities and was deeply involved in the creation of the new Smart Cities group in ETSI, ISG CDP as well as several collaborative projects with NIST and CEN-CENELEC in collaboration with the European Commission.
