Rickard is an experienced digital product leader who has innovated and shipped products in a wide range of areas such as Streaming Media, Digital Advertising, Home Experiences, Consumer AI and Payments.

Rickard is Swedish but currently resides in Germany. He has a long career within the broader Telecom ecosystem having worked at Ericsson, Telia Company and now at Deutsche Telekom.

Rickard is currently heading up Deutsche Telekom's Consumer AI initiatives that aim to bring AI capabilities to millions of DT customers.
