Phil Fine has more than 25 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on Broadband Service automation. He has provided Product Leadership on all aspects of service lifecycle management with leading Broadband Access, Business (BSS) and Operations (OSS) solutions providers. His experience with multiple network and software vendors give him a unique perspective on automation of virtual and physical service delivery platforms in traditional telco, cable MSO and emerging market segments. In addition to expertise with automation, Phil also has extensive experience in delivery of advanced in home services including managed WiFi, security, and parental controls. Most recently with Ciena his focus has been on fiber access disaggregation including pluggable interoperable PON and virtual BNG with Control and User Plane Separation (CUPS) carried over massively scalable switching and routing infrastructure designed to deliver non-blocking ultra-highspeed service to home and business.
