With an extensive global telecommunications industry experience and a passion for new technologies & innovation, Jean-Louis is a renowned expert in network architecture, engineering, transformation and deployment. He heads the international technical direction of the Orange Group (International Networks, Infrastructures & Services) and is the CTIO of Orange Wholesale.

Jean-Louis is behind many industry pioneering moves involving network function virtualization, softwarization, disaggregation and convergence, that have been reckoned with in the telco industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Telecom Engineering from IMT Atlantic School – Telecom Bretagne. He also graduated from IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de Defense Nationale).
