David Cortés is the CEO of AI-vidence, where he spearheads efforts to control and enhance high-risk, high-stakes AI in alignment with future regulations, including the AI act. AI-vidence collaborates with the national collective Confiance.AI and esteemed French universities such as Telecom Paris, Universities of Lorraine and Grenoble, and CRIL to propose innovative technical solutions, including tools and methodologies for making AI inherently interpretable.

Notably, AI-vidence has partnered with Telecom Paris to develop ARTIST, a high-performance and explainable algorithm designed to enhance, monitor, and debias any machine learning model. This initiative further solidifies David's commitment to advancing AI technologies. With over two decades of experience in AI, telecom issues, and e-health start-up creation, David has a proven track record of anticipating and delivering solutions for major CAC 40 players, including SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Orange, and Thales Com. His strategic leadership has resulted in significant financial savings, developing comprehensive strategic frameworks, and securing patents.

Beyond his entrepreneurial and consulting roles, he serves as the vice-president of the X-IA group, which comprises over 1350 active and passionate alumni from École Polytechnique, dedicated to advancing AI.
