Profile
Atoosa Hatefi is the director of the “Innovation in Radio and Environment” department in Orange Innovation, driving the RAN and technical environment evolution from research to delivery, and supporting Orange mobile operations in countries for their deployment and sourcing strategy.
Atoosa Hatefi is also actively involved in the various transformations of Orange towards cloudification & automation. She notably spearheaded the Open RAN activity within Orange, and has been actively involved in various ecosystem initiatives externally, representing Orange at the Open RAN European MoU, the Executive Committee of the O-RAN Alliance and the Technical Committee of TIP.
Atoosa Hatefi joined Orange in 2008 and has held multiple roles within Innovation in management, transverse project leadership and standardization, covering various domains in radio, spectrum, cloud and IT.
Atoosa Hatefi holds a PhD in radio physical layer and network coding.
