As a speaker, she participated in the panel discussion "Wi-Fi, Satellite, AI, and 6G for an Interoperable, Ubiquitous, and Robust Next-Generation Network," addressing lessons from 5G, cost-efficient strategies for building secure and resilient networks, forecasting challenges of the 2030s, and overcoming collaboration and interoperability issues in multi-access networks, offering her expertise and vision for the future of telecommunications.

Emmanuel Rochas, CEO of TOTEM since June 2025, has a distinguished career in telecommunications, including leading Orange Wholesale International, where he managed global wholesale services and earned recognition as one of the 100 most influential figures in the industry by Capacity Media for three years. He also served as Chairman of the Global Leadership Forum, driving innovation in connectivity through extensive experience within the Orange Group and the French government. As a speaker, Emmanuel participated in the panel discussion "Bridging the In-Building Connectivity Gap in Europe," addressing indoor coverage challenges, government perspectives, advanced solutions, EU regulations, neutral host models, and emerging technologies like open RAN, AI, and 6G.

Rodrigo is a seasoned technology executive with extensive expertise in planning, designing, and deploying advanced network and systems platforms. Renowned for his leadership in driving major transformation initiatives, he has played a pivotal role in accelerating the rollout of high-speed fiber networks across Chile, establishing himself as a key figure in the telecommunications industry. With a strategic focus and strong execution skills, Rodrigo combines technical expertise with operational vision to deliver impactful results. Holding a degree in Electronic Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Tarapacá, he recently delivered the keynote "The Future of PON – From XGS-PON to 25G/50G Rollouts," addressing real demand for next-gen PON, the cost-benefit debate of moving beyond XGS-PON, and implementation timelines and interoperability challenges
