BETTER STANDS
Through our commitment to the evolution of the events industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. That is why, we at Informa, have created the industry-wide campaign Better Stands.
Better Stands focuses on uniting exhibitors, contractors and the wider event industry to move away from disposable, single-use stands at our events, in favour of reusable structures. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable stands we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events.
Following up on steps already taken at previous editions and informing the exhibitors and stand contractors about Better Stands, this year we are moving forward and will require all space-only stands to at least reach a Bronze Level.

SUBMIT YOUR STAND PLAN
We have appointed BLG Events to manage the stand plan submission and approval process for this year's event.
BLG Events will be responsible for collecting all stand plan submissions, reviewing submissions, providing feedback to clients and submitting files for final checks.
Please review the below prior to submission of files.
All files need to be submitted to BLG Events no later than 29th August.
SUBMIT YOUR STAND DESIGN & H&S PACK
Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe. We enforce strict rules & regulations for all exhibiting companies to ensure a safe working environment and for the safety of our attendees.
DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW
Contractors should follow the below steps in order for us to grant permission to build:
- Review the STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS for signing off stands
- Review BETTER STANDS
- Read the following thoroughly before starting the design:
WHAT TO SUBMIT
- Complete pages 32-43 of the HANDBOOK which includes a risk assessment, method statement, declaration & sustainability questionnaire.
- Sign the Contractor Disclaimer before 22nd September.
- Provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to the above.
Please submit all H&S and design documents for your stand to BLG Events by 29th August.
DEADLINE & REMINDERS
DEADLINE
The deadline to submit all files is 29th August 2025.
REMINDERS
Should your design be classed as complex you will be expected to provide structural calculations at your own expense.
If your documents have not been submitted, or are not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa Connect organizers reserve the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.
If your stand plans and H&S pack have not been submitted by the deadline set, Informa Connect organizers reserve the right to refuse build/admission to the show.

ViParis is our official venue representative for Network X 2025. Please kindly place the order before the deadline if you need the services below:

Power is not included in your package, make sure you place your order for the event days and Build/Dismantle if required.
Power for Build & Dismantle is under 'Worksite Power Supply' on the ViParis webshop.
Please make your order through the ViParis webshop no later than 6th October in order to avoid any disappointment or surcharges.

As a reminder, we have strict waste policy and will be charging exhibitors and contractors leaving their waste behind.

FREIGHT, HANDLING & STORAGE AND LOGIPASS (LOAD-IN) APPLICATION
DB Schenker is the official freight handler, customs broker and on-site handling agent for Network X. Please submit your order through the DB Schenker portal.
If you do not have an account yet, simply click “Register” on the homepage and follow the on-screen prompts. Once the form has been submitted, your access will be activated.
The order deadline is 26th September. Orders placed after this date will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
IMPORTANT:
- Please do not send any packages direct to the venue by post or courier, as the venue do not accept direct shipping.
- Onsite storage during the event is only available if you have placed a handling & storage order with DB Schenker.
Informa Connect cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment, nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.
LOGISSPASS (LOAD-IN) APPLICATION
To improve safety and ensure smooth operations during load in and load out, it is mandatory to register all vehicles requiring access to the loading bay on Logipass. This can already be done via the DB Schenker portal.
The logistics traffic plan for the Paris Expo can be found here. The nearest access gate to Pavilion 7.3 is Gate D.

STAND CONTRACTOR SERVICES - ALTER EXPO
Alter Expo is our main contractor for Network X 2025 and they provide a variety of services to enhance your participation at the event:

Important: The order deadline for Graphics is 12th September
Important: The order deadline for all other services is 3rd October
Please make your order through the Alter Expo Webshop by the deadline in order to avoid any disappointment or surcharges.
YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY
You will be provided with a raw space on the exhibition floor. It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is an internationally renowned venue where each event is given maximum visibility to make sure it really stands out.
The recently-inaugurated Mama Shelter and Novotel hotels, combined with Le Perchoir, our rooftop bar and restaurant, make this exhibition complex a unique destination in Europe.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is accessible via a variety of different modes of transport. Both Informa Tech & VIParis encourage sustainable mobility. The following public transport services serve Paris Expo Porte de Versailles:

CODE OF CONDUCT

Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Connect staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees. Exhibiting at an Informa Connect event allows you to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability.
To ensure that your company and exhibiting stand are aligned with Informa’s sustainability goals, please review the Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist and consider the steps as you plan your event.
If you have a space only stand, you must ensure that your stand is compliant with Informa’s Better Stands programme as detailed in the Exhibitor Service Manual and reaches at least a Bronze Level.
VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa Connect, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
