Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is an internationally renowned venue where each event is given maximum visibility to make sure it really stands out.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is more than 210,000 sqm of exhibition space, housed in 7 pavilions, including a vast 51,000 sqm space and a plenary hall that can seat 5,200 guests.
The recently-inaugurated Mama Shelter and Novotel hotels, combined with Le Perchoir, our rooftop bar and restaurant, make this exhibition complex a unique destination in Europe.

WHAT'S NEXT?
If you have purchased a space only package, you will be required to complete the below steps:
- Submit an .ai or .eps logo and a .jpeg or .png logo via this form by 5th August.
- Review the Submit Your Stand Plan process
- Submit your stand plan drawings & H&S Pack to BLG Events by 23rd August
- Register your staff by 23rd September
- Order any additional services if required
- Review our additional policies
YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY
You will be provided with a raw space on the exhibition floor. It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly.

BETTER STANDS
Through our commitment to the evolution of the events industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. That is why, we at Informa, have created the industry-wide campaign Better Stands.
Better Stands focuses on uniting exhibitors, contractors and the wider event industry to move away from disposable, single-use stands at our events, in favour of reusable structures. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable stands we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events.
This year is about educating clients and contractors about Informa’s Better Stands initiative, providing information on how you can help us move away from disposable stands together. The regulations for 2025 will see the bronze level enforced for all space-only clients. Now’s the time to start taking action and get ahead of the game. Why not set yourself up this year so you are in the best position to make your commitment in the future and try to achieve the highest rating possible!

SUBMIT YOUR STAND PLAN
We have appointed BLG Events to manage the stand plan submission and approval process for this year's event.
BLG Events will be responsible for collecting all stand plan submissions, reviewing submissions, providing feedback to clients and submitting files for final checks.
Please review the below prior to submission of files.
All files need to be submitted to BLG Events no later than 23rd August.
SUBMIT YOUR STAND DESIGN & H&S PACK
Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe. We enforce strict rules & regulations for all exhibiting companies to ensure a safe working environment and for the safety of our attendees.
DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW
Contractors should follow the below steps in order for us to grant permission to build:
- Review the STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS for signing off stands
- Review BETTER STANDS
- Read the following thoroughly before starting the design:
WHAT TO SUBMIT
- Complete pages 32-43 of the HANDBOOK which includes a risk assessment, method statement, declaration & sustainability questionnaire
- Sign the Contractor Disclaimer before 16th September
- Provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to the above
Please submit all H&S and design documents for your stand to BLG Events by 23rd August
DEADLINE & REMINDERS
DEADLINE
The deadline to submit all files is 23rd August 2024
REMINDERS
Should your design be classed as complex you will be expected to provide structural calculations at your own expense.
If your documents have not been submitted, or are not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa Tech organizers reserve the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.
If your stand plans and H&S pack have not been submitted by the deadline set, Informa Tech organizers reserve the right to refuse build/admission to the show.
EVENT SERVICES
The following event services are optional extras should you wish to elevate your presence onsite and arrange deliveries pre-event. If you wish to order any extras please ensure you complete your orders by the deadlines outlined below or detailed within the order forms.
STAND CONTRACTOR SERVICES - ALTER EXPO
Alter Expo is our main contractor for Network X 2024 and they provide a variety of services to enhance the event:

Important: The order deadline for Graphics is 6th September
Important: The order deadline for all other services is 30th September
Please make your order through the Alter Expo Webshop by the deadline in order to avoid any disappointment or surcharges.
VENUE SERVICES
VIParis is our official venue representative for Network X 2024. Please kindly place the order before the deadline if you need the services below:

DEADLINES:
- 13th September for orders placed from outside the EU
- 20th September for orders placed from within the EU
IMPORTANT:
- Please do not send any packages direct to the venue by post or courier, as the venue do not accept direct shipping.
- Onsite storage during the event is only available if you have placed a handling & storage order with EF-GSM.
Informa Tech cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment, nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.
LOGIPASS (LOAD IN) APPLICATION
To improve safety and ensure smooth operations during load in and load out, it is mandatory to register all vehicles requiring access to the loading bay on Logipass.
Please note that this will only be made live and ready for use closer to the event dates and will be accessible on the following link.
Load-in access will be staggered based complexity of the stand plans submitted.
Please make sure to read the guide here which contains information on how to create an account on the Logipass Portal and the access requests.
The logistics traffic plan for the Paris Expo can be found here. The nearest access gate to Pavilion 7.3 is Gate D.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is accessible via a variety of different modes of transport. Both Informa Tech & VIParis encourage sustainable mobility. The following public transport services serve Paris Expo Porte de Versailles:

CODE OF CONDUCT

Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees. Exhibiting at an Informa Tech event allows you to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability. To ensure that your company and exhibiting stand are aligned with Informa’s sustainability goals:
- View the Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist relevant to your stand type below and consider the steps as you plan your event
- If you have a space only stand, ensure that your stand is compliant with Informa’s Better Stands programme as detailed in the Exhibitor Service Manual
VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa Tech, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
