Since July 2019, Volker Libovsky has served as Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) and a member of the Management Board at Magenta Telekom, responsible for IT, TV & entertainment, and mobile and fiber network operations and expansion in Austria.

He has held various technical leadership positions since 2002, including CIO roles at Virgin Media, Unitymedia and UPC, and Vice President IT at Liberty Global. He studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, specializing in capital markets.

At Magenta, his focus is on network convergence, IT integration and accelerating fiber-optic network expansion across Austria.
