I am a Product Portfolio Specialist at A1 Hrvatska, responsible for the development and lifecycle management of CPE, FWA and MBB device portfolios. My work focuses on aligning connectivity technologies with market needs, service strategy and customer experience, while collaborating closely with technical, procurement, logistics and commercial teams.

I began my career in the telecommunications industry in 2018 as a Project Engineer, working on network deployment projects for international telecommunications companies. My responsibilities included technical documentation, quality and safety audits, site modelling and coordination with suppliers and field teams. I later moved into project coordination, where I managed budgets, purchase orders, reporting and communication with key stakeholders.

In 2024, I joined A1 Hrvatska, where I combine my technical background with product strategy and business analysis. I am particularly interested in emerging connectivity technologies and in transforming complex technical solutions into practical products that provide a better experience for customers. I have a background in Communication and Computer Technologies from the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences.
