Pedro Gonçalves is Senior Advisor for EU Digital Policy & International Affairs at MEO, with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He serves as Chairman of ETIS - The Community for Telecom Professionals, is a member of the Executive Board of Connect Europe and GSMA Europe’s Policy Group, and represents MEO at ETSI and ITU. His work focuses on telecom regulation, digital policy and Europe’s digital transformation.
