Michelle Lam (Senior Analyst) is a member of the Networks and Cloud research practice at Analysys Mason. She leads the Network Automation and Orchestration programme. Her research covers competitive and strategic assessment of emerging technologies shaping next-generation network evolution, spanning network management, automation, orchestration and security, with a focus on autonomous networking and quantum-safe networking. She holds a BSc in physics and an MSc in quantum technologies from University College London.
