Melinda Szabó is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Magyar Telekom, where she spent a great portion of her career, holding various managerial roles, she applied her expertise at Vodafone as Head of B2B and later Head of SoHo/SMB, as well as in managerial positions at other companies.

In July 2018, she was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for Residential Services at Magyar Telekom. In January 2020, her role expanded to include the SoHo and SMB segments as she became Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Since September 2022, she has served as Senior Vice President B2C Growth Europe at Deutsche Telekom, responsible for the performance and growth of the consumer segment across 11 countries, reporting directly to Dominique Leroy, Member of the Board of Management for Europe.

In June 2024, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Slovak Telekom and T-Mobile Czech Republic.
