CRO and Co-founder of Zowie, a company that creates AI agents for customer service in regulated sectors such as debt collection, banking, insurance, and telecommunications. Zowie’s AI agents currently automate the handling of over 100 million conversations annually, processing massive volumes of data for major enterprise brands. Zowie’s solutions are used by companies including Allianz, Payoneer, and InPost. The company itself recently announced a global partnership with Google Cloud. Maciej is an engineer by training and a graduate of AGH University in Cracow.
