Krzysztof Urbański has been Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Orange Polska since 2007. He has completed over 30 transactions for a total of EUR 1.5bn during this time, contributing to the transformation of Orange Polska from the traditional incumbent telco, to a modern operator, active in all segments of the telco and ICT businesses. Before joining Orange, he spent 11 years in investment banking, at Societe Generale and Commerzbank Group. Krzysztof holds a Master in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, passed all CFA exams and completed executive courses at INSEAD and HEC.
