Jeongshik Kim is Vice President of the Network Division at KT, one of Korea’s leading telecommunications providers.

With more than 25 years of experience in RF engineering, RF optimization, network deployment, and access network operations, he has led various initiatives to improve network reliability and service continuity across large-scale telecommunications networks.

He is currently focused on enhancing resilience and service continuity in FTTH access networks through innovative optical access technologies.

At Network X 2026, he will share KT’s experience in developing and validating next-generation optical protection technologies for access network resilience.
