Jaroslav is a senior telecommunications executive with more than 25 years of international experience spanning product management, business development, sales, and technology strategy. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at major telecommunications operators, including Telefónica, Vodafone, and UPC, building deep expertise across fixed and mobile networks, enterprise connectivity, and digital transformation.

He currently serves Deutsche Telekom Europe, where he leads 5G and innovation initiatives, driving the technical strategy, product development, commercialization, and presales of next-generation connectivity solutions. His focus includes 5G Standalone, private 5G networks, network APIs, and enterprise innovation across European markets.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Jaroslav mentors’ technology start-ups through Deutsche Telekom's Hubraum incubator, helping emerging companies refine their products, accelerate innovation, and establish strategic partnerships within the telecommunications ecosystem.
