Jan Hruska is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at O2 Czech Republic (a PPF Group company), where he oversees IT, Network operations, Scaled Agile, and the PMO. With over two decades of experience at O2, Jan has held various cross-functional leadership roles spanning marketing, sales strategy, and convergence. His current strategic focus is driving the rollout of 5G Standalone (SA), advancing FWA evolution, and leading large-scale IT modernization and agile transformation. Prior to joining O2, he spent 8 years in management consulting. Jan holds a degree in Computer Science from Charles University in Prague.
