Icíar Martínez Núñez is Director of Governance and Corporate Communications at Onivia, Spain’s first independent and neutral wholesale FTTH operator, and Vice-Chair of the Market Intelligence Committee at the Fibre Council Europe. A Telecommunications Engineer, she has extensive experience in the telecom sector, spanning strategy, product, marketing and corporate communications.

Throughout her career, she has worked across technical and commercial areas related to telecommunications services and business development, contributing to the transformation and expansion of Spain’s fibre market. Prior to joining Onivia, she spent a significant part of her professional career at Orange, where she held various roles in product marketing, services and business development.
