Hans Neff is Deputy CTO Europe & Americas and Senior Director of the CTO Group at ZTE, with more than 30 years of experience shaping telecommunications networks and technology transformation.

Working with operators and industry leaders globally, he focuses on how fixed and mobile broadband, Wi-Fi, cloud and edge, AI and automation are converging into a new generation of intelligent connectivity. His work spans end-to-end network architecture, autonomous operations and digital service innovation, with a strong focus on translating technology evolution into measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency and new value beyond connectivity.

Hans is an active contributor to international industry collaboration and chairs work on Autonomous Networks and Self-Healing within TM Forum. His current focus is on the transition from connected to intelligent networks: how AI, autonomy and programmable network capabilities can transform broadband and the digital home, enable new services, and strengthen the role of operators in an increasingly AI-driven ecosystem.)
