Head of EU Affairs at Open Fiber

Graduated in law, admitted to the Italian bar, he gained significantly experience in the EU affairs for critical sectors such as energy and telecommunication both in EU Institutions and companies. Currently Head of EU Affairs of Open Fiber, the largest FTTH wholesale operator in Italy where he deals with regulatory, competition, sustainability and EU funds issues. Since June 2026 he is chair of the Investors and ESG committee of the Fibre Council association. He has also obtained an executive certificate in market and infrastructure at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Law in Advanced European Law at the ULB university.
