Feifei Lou is Vice Chair of 3GPP SA1 and Principal Standardization Lead at Nokia. She brings 20 years of telecommunications experience across standardization, strategy, technology programmes and global industry collaboration. Throughout her career, she has led major 5G and 6G initiatives, coordinated cross-industry positions and contributed to executive-level discussions across the mobile ecosystem. Her experience includes leadership roles at NGMN and China Mobile, alongside extensive engagement with 3GPP and GSMA. Feifei brings a global perspective and deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, developed through extensive collaboration with operators, vendors and industry organizations worldwide.
