Fabrizio Campanale is Vice President of NW Operations & TV & In-Home Engineering at Sunrise, one of Switzerland's leading converged operators, where he oversees a broad portfolio spanning overall network operations, TV platform and In-Home connectivity engineering. At Sunrise, as member of the CTO Management Team, Fabrizio has worked on major network transformation initiatives, including recently leading the nationwide 5G Standalone rollout and the 3G network shutdown. His focus has expanded to driving AI and automation adoption across network operations, leveraging data and advanced analytics to improve customer experience at scale.

Fabrizio started his career as a chip designer at STMicroelectronics, Philips and NXP, earning multiple patents, before moving into telecommunications leadership across UPC, Sunrise and the broader Liberty Global group. He holds an MSc in Electronic Engineering and has completed an executive programme at INSEAD.
