David holds the role of InfraCo Division Director at British Telecom. He is responsible for commercialising BT’s owned towers as well as all of BT’s passive infrastructure, including exchanges, ground based earth stations, DAS, land holdings and street cabinets. David is responsible for exploring how to best utilise BT’s infrastructure for a data centre ecosystem and providing an environment for Sovereign AI workloads, as well as EV charging utilising BT’s street cabinet portfolio across the UK. David also leads the IPV4 address sales/management programme at BT.

He joined the board of MBNL, the mobile network JV between EE and Three UK, in January 2023.

Prior to BT, David spent 15 years as a senior executive with the tower infrastructure business Crown Castle Australia (now Indara), following which he provided corporate advisory services to telcos, towercos, funds and investors in the digital infrastructure space. David started his career as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and London.
