Profile
Daria Bryzhytska is a Manager at Arthur D. Little in Vienna and a member of ADL’s Cyber Resilience Competence Center. She advises telecom operators and critical infrastructure organizations on cybersecurity strategy, operational resilience, and security regulation.
She has led security assessments for major telecom operators across CEE and the Middle East, benchmarking their security posture against the GSMA FS.31 baseline, national and industry-specific requirements, and ADL’s cyber maturity framework. Her broader work covers crisis management and resilience across telecom, energy, and transport, including NIS2 and sector-specific requirements.
Daria has a particular focus on resilience under extreme and contested conditions, drawing on experience from Ukraine’s telecom sector to help operators prepare for hybrid threats and systemic disruption.
She co-authored the framework behind ADL’s PRISM article “Shock, Absorbed: Building Cyber Resilience in an Era of Uncertainty”, contributes to ADL’s AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, and writes on AI governance and emerging cyber risks.
