Bernd Loacker has been Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at Drei since October 2025, responsible for the areas of Access Network, Core Network & Infrastructure, as well as Products & IT. He has been with Drei since 2004, served as Head of Access Network since 2013, and became Senior Head of Access Network in 2015.
