Angelina Bekasova is Space Strategy and Partnerships Lead at Latvian Mobile Telephone (LMT), where she brings the organisation's traditional business areas into the space domain, including the integration of terrestrial with non-terrestrial networks and the Internet of Things with Earth observation. She also serves as Director for International Relations and Industry Development at the Latvian Space Industry Association.

Before joining LMT, Angelina led Latvia’s space policy at the Ministry of Economics, representing Latvia at the European Space Agency and in the European Union Space Programme. Her previous experience also includes work at the European Commission, international space consultancy Novaspace (ex-SpaceTec Partners), and in international business support.

Angelina advocates for closer links between the space and non-space sectors, helping both grow through user-oriented applications, international partnerships and society's greater awareness of space opportunities.
