Alexander Brait is Head of the Technical Competence Center Network at A1 Austria, responsible for the strategy, design, and optimization of nationwide field service processes, systems, and standards. Previously, he led the Network & Infrastructure Strategy and was responsible for the international Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) domain within the A1 Group. Alexander started his career in A1’s Network Operations Center, where he completed his apprenticeship and later led Network Operations shift teams. He holds a B.Sc.in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien.
