Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is an internationally renowned venue where each event is given maximum visibility to make sure it really stands out.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is more than 210,000 sqm of exhibition space, housed in 7 pavilions, including a vast 51,000 sqm space and a plenary hall that can seat 5,200 guests.
The recently-inaugurated Mama Shelter and Novotel hotels, combined with Le Perchoir, our rooftop bar and restaurant, make this exhibition complex a unique destination in Europe.

SPEAKER INFORMATION
REQUIRED INFORMATION
If you have not already done so, please send the below information to Your Operations Contact as soon as possible:
- Short biography (around 100-words and not CV) - for inclusion on the website and so that the Chair can introduce you correctly
- Headshot high-res and colour photo: digital format saved as a JPEG, PNG or GIF file
- Please check that your biography and photo are uploaded correctly on the speaker listing, if not please reach out to us
- Mobile Number (so I can reach you on site in case of an emergency)
- Dietary Requirements (please specify)
- Special Assistance: Please inform us if you require any specific assistance at the venue
REGISTRATION
To access the event, you will need to register for your Speaker Pass. Shortly you will receive an email from our registration platform to register yourself for the event. This email will come from networkxevent@informa.com
VISA INVITATION LETTER
If you require a letter of invitation to support any visa application we would be more than happy to help! Once registered you will see an option to tick a box to issue a visa letter, if you tick the box you will receive an email shortly after with your visa invitation letter.
If you forget to do this, you can always log back in and send one to yourself.
It is your responsibility to check visa requirements to enter France and complete applications in advance of the event. Please be aware some visa applications can take some time to process so early applications are strongly recommended to prevent any problems in terms of attending the event. Please also note that Informa/Network X do not take responsibility for the issuance of visas. We are unable to assist with visa applications beyond the issuance of the visa invitation letter.
YOUR PASS
As a valued speaker, you will be provided with a pass delivering VIP, complimentary access to our main event features, including: 9 stages of premium content, the exhibition and catering, VIP lounge, and social features such as the renowned Network X party (15th October).
Your Role
Please arrive at least one break in advance of your session and adhere to the guidelines below based on your role

YOUR ROLE - STAND ALONE PRESENTER
Submitting your slide deck:
- Please upload your presentation to Dropbox by Friday 26th September. Once uploaded, email your speaker manager to let them know to expect it.
- Please rename your PPT presentation before uploading to: Speaker’s Name_ Organisation.
- Presentations should be sent as PPT files (and not PDF) in English.
- 16:9 aspect ratio is required with a minimum font size of 24 so that text is easily legible.
Things to note:
- A laptop, data projector, screen and microphone will be available. Please let us know if you require any other equipment.
- Presentations will be made from a centralised laptop. A remote mouse will be provided.
- Mac Computers: There will not be a MAC available onsite; should you wish to bring your own please let me know. Please ensure you bring any adaptors that enable you to output from your MAC providing our technicians with DVI, HDMI, or Display Port.
- Video: All videos should be provided in .h264 format in the highest res possible .mov or.mp4. Should you have a different format, please check this with us ASAP.
- Custom Fonts: Any specific company fonts will need to be provided by 26th September.
- Please bear in mind the time allocated which includes 5 minutes for questions.
- Please bring an updated version of your presentation on a USB drive to the event, just in case!
- Please ensure that you arrive in the break before your presentation.
- If you would prefer your presentation not to be made available to delegates on the conference website/event app, please let us know.
- Some sessions may be filmed. If you do not wish to be filmed, please make sure you let us know.
- Please check your session(s) on the latest agenda. If you have any queries regarding the agenda please contact the producers.
YOUR ROLE - CHAIRPERSON OR MODERATOR
Pre-event
- An information pack with house keeping, health & safety, agenda and biographies will be provided before event to chairs
- The producer will connect moderators to the panellists to make introductions
On the day - Chairperson
- The chair will give a briefing on H&S and housekeeping and open & close the track
- The chair will introduce the stand alone speakers & moderators
On the day - Moderators
- Moderators should welcome and introduce panellists
- Give an introduction to the subject and moderate the discussion in the panel
- Include questions from the floor
- At the end of the session, wrap up with some closing remarks and hand back to the Chair
Chairs & Moderators are NOT required to submit slides
YOUR ROLE - PANELLIST
- Before the event, the producer will connect you to the moderator and other panellists to make introductions
- Discuss with the moderator and other panellists questions to be discussed during the panel
Panellists are NOT required to submit slides
THE EVENT APP
The event app will be launched and available to all to ensure you have enough time to complete your profiles and familiarise yourself with the functions. Our team will be on hand throughout the whole process to ensure you get the best experience possible!

SPEAKER PROFILE
We have loaded your details, along with your photo and biography, into the platform. If you have not yet sent these through, please send them through ASAP you can also update these yourself when you log in by following the guide below:

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is accessible via a variety of different modes of transport. Both Informa Tech & Viparis encourage sustainable mobility. The following public transport services serve Paris Expo Porte de Versailles:
METRO - Line 12, Porte de Versailles station - exit 1 to access Pavilion 7
TRAMWAY - T2 and T3a, Porte de Versailles - Parc des Expositions station

Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Connect staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
