Below you will find details about the inclusions for Shell Stands and Meeting Rooms.

Please refer to your contract, or Welcome Email, if you are unsure of your contracted package. By clicking on the links below you will be able to see what is included based on the size of your stand space along with visuals of the items.

Please note for any shell stands or shell meeting rooms located at the front of the hall near the entrance, we highly recommend to hire additional lights for your stand.

Visuals are for reference only. Actual stand size and layout will depend on your contracted package.

COMPULSORY RESPONSIBILITIES

HEALTH & SAFETY FORM

Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe.

Before arriving onsite we ask all exhibiting companies to complete the Health & Safety Form. It's a requirement for all companies to read through the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook & complete the H&S form.

If the form has not been submitted, or is not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa reserves the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.

IMPORTANT: All forms are due for submission by 11th September.

YOUR EXHIBITING NAME

Please check your BOOTH NAME on the Alter Expo Webshop and confirm it via ALTER EXPO.

We will not be able to change your name onsite, please make sure you provide the correct information before the 11th September.

Please make your order on the Alter Expo Webshop by the deadline in order to avoid any disappointment or surcharges.

VENUE SERVICES

StandOut Webshop is the official venue services platform for Network X 2026. If you require any of the following services, you must place your order via this webshop by creating a new account and indicating your stand number during checkout.

DEADLINE

10th September; Orders placed after this date will be subject to 25% late surcharge and availability.

POWER

1kW power with 1 x extension lead is included in the package. Power will be turned off 1 hour after the end of the exhibition due to H&S regulations. If you require a 24-hour power supply, please order a separate continuous power supply, which is limited to a 2kW capacity.

CLEANING & WASTE MANAGEMENT

Overnight cleaning is included in your package.

Any upgrades or additional services, including the disposal of packaging, banners, or panels, can be arranged through the webshop.

As a reminder, we have strict waste policy. Any materials left in the halls will be photographed and the relevant contractor/exhibitor will be fined for the waste accordingly.

FREIGHT, HANDLING & STORAGE

DHL is the official freight handler, customs broker and on-site handling agent for Network X 2026. Please submit your order using this manual directly with DHL

IMPORTANT:

  • Please do not send any packages direct to the venue by post or courier, as the venue do not accept direct shipping.
  • Storage during the event is only available if you have placed a handling & storage order with DHL.

Informa cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment, nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

LOAD-IN APPLICATION

To improve safety and ensure smooth operations during load in and load out, it is mandatory to register all vehicles requiring access to the loading bay with DHL. More information to follow closer to event time.

Vehicles are granted access to the loading bay with allocated timeslots. Every truck driver gets a ticket to open the gate when entering the loading bay. The ticket is valid for 3 hours. If the truck driver stays more than 3 hours on the premises a fine of EUR 100 will be charged. Therefore, as soon as loading/unloading is finalized, the vehicles must leave the loading bay.

The logistics traffic plan for Messe Wien can be found here. For access during set-up and dismantling, please use Gate 1 at Trabrennstraße 5 at the back of Hall D.

There is no parking available for trucks at the fairground. To find the nearest parking options, you can use the Asfinag app here

You can upgrade your Shell Scheme Stand directly on Alter Expo's webshop however, if you are still looking for more upgrade options, you can contact Mercer Exhibitions to design an exhibition stand exclusively for you.

AUSTRIA TRUCK DRIVING BAN

Please be aware that Austria imposes truck driving bans. Detailed information is provided below:

Weekend driving ban
This applies throughout Austria from Saturday, 15:00 to Sunday, 22:00 and on public holidays from midnight until 22:00. The ban applies to :

  • Lorries with trailers, if the maximum permissible weight (mpw) of the lorry or the trailer is more than 3.5t.
  • Lorries, articulated lorries, and self-propelled agricultural machines with an mpw of more than 7.5t.


General night-time driving ban
This applies on all Austrian roads for heavy goods vehicles with more than 7.5t mpw between 22:00 and 05:00.

If you have a space only stand, you must ensure that your stand is compliant with Informa’s Better Stands programme as detailed in the Exhibitor Service Manual and reaches at least a Bronze Level.

By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event.
