YOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
Below you will find details about the inclusions for Pods.
Please refer to your contract, or Welcome Email, if you are unsure of your contracted package. By clicking on the links below you will be able to see what is included based on the size of your stand space along with visuals of the items.
Please note visuals are for reference only. Actual stand size and layout will depend on your contracted package.
START-UP PODS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR POD
WHAT YOU CAN BRING:
- You can hire a maximum of 1 extra stool at your Pod with Alter Expo.
While your cupboard will be lockable, please note the storage space is limited; if you are planning to bring giveaways, we recommend small items only and that you bring in only what you need for each day.
We also do not take any responsibility for items left on or inside the Pod.
- An extension lead is needed if you have more than one device to plug into the socket. Only 1 socket will be provided per Pod.
WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING:
The Pod space is limited, so for the safety and comfort of you and your neighbours:
Any screen should fit on your Pod's counter and, should not go beyond the space of your Pod. Screens on stands next to your Pod are not permitted. Any screen on stands or larger than the Pod will be removed.
You can have a maximum of 2 stools at your Pod. Additional furniture is not permitted and will be removed.
You will be asked to remove any boxes sitting by your Pod. Please bring only what you can store in your cupboard.
We do not allow pop up banners at or near the Pod. Any banner will be removed.
COMPULSORY RESPONSIBILITIES
HEALTH & SAFETY FORM
Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe.
Before arriving onsite we ask all exhibiting companies to complete the Health & Safety Form. It's a requirement for all companies to read through the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook & complete the H&S form.
If the form has not been submitted, or is not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa reserves the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.
IMPORTANT: All forms are due for submission by 11th September.
YOUR EXHIBITING NAME
Please check your POD NAME on the Alter Expo Webshop and confirm it via ALTER EXPO.
We will not be able to change your name onsite, please make sure you provide the correct information before 21st September.

Alter Expo is the General Stand Contractor for Network X 2026 and they provide a variety of services to enhance your participation at the event:

VENUE SERVICES
StandOut Webshop is the official venue services platform for Network X 2026. If you require any of the following services, you must place your order via this webshop by creating a new account and indicating your stand number during checkout.

10th September; Orders placed after this date will be subject to 25% late surcharge and availability.
POWER
1KW Power Supply and one socket are included in the package. Power will be turned off 1 hour after the end of the exhibition due to H&S regulations. If you require a 24-hour power supply, please order a separate continuous power supply, which is limited to a 2kW capacity.
CLEANING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Overnight cleaning is included in your package.
Any upgrades or additional services, including the disposal of packaging, banners, or panels, can be arranged through the webshop.
As a reminder, we have strict waste policy. Any materials left in the halls will be photographed and the relevant contractor/exhibitor will be fined for the waste accordingly.

Event Pro is the official audio-visual supplier for Network X 2026. Whether you need TV screens, full video walls, or anything in between, they are ready to assist. You can access their portal HERE using the password eu (lowercase). For enquiries or assistance, please contact:

FREIGHT, HANDLING & STORAGE
DHL is the official freight handler, customs broker and on-site handling agent for Network X 2026. Please submit your order using this manual directly with DHL

IMPORTANT:
- Please do not send any packages direct to the venue by post or courier, as the venue do not accept direct shipping.
- Storage during the event is only available if you have placed a handling & storage order with DHL.
Informa cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment, nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

PLAN YOUR TRAVEL
Messe Wien is conveniently accessible through various modes of transport, with both Informa and Messe Wien strongly advocating for sustainable mobility. The venue is served by the following transport options:

U2 underground line, Messe-Prater station Exit to access Foyer A.
BICYCLE
Bicycle parking is available near Foyer A and the Congress Centre.

We encourage visitors to use public transport to travel to the event whenever possible. However, if you need to drive, you can make use of the parking options listed below, including outdoor parking spaces available at Messe-Prater 3.

Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees. Exhibiting at an Informa event allows you to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability.
To ensure that your company and exhibiting stand are aligned with Informa’s sustainability goals, please review the Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist and consider the steps as you plan your event.
If you have a space only stand, you must ensure that your stand is compliant with Informa’s Better Stands programme as detailed in the Exhibitor Service Manual and reaches at least a Bronze Level.
VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.
