YOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
Below you will find details about the inclusions for Pods.
Please refer to your contract, or Welcome Email, if you are unsure of your contracted package. By clicking on the links below you will be able to see what is included based on the size of your stand space along with visuals of the items.
Please note visuals are for reference only. Actual stand size and layout will depend on your contracted package.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR POD
WHAT YOU CAN BRING:
- You can bring or hire a screen up to 40" to put on the pod counter. If you would like to have the screen mounted on your pod, you must order reinforced walls and screen from Alter Expo directly. Mounting your own screens is not permitted.
You can hire a maximum of 1 extra stool at your Pod with Alter Expo.
While your cupboard will be lockable, please note the storage space is limited; if you are planning to bring giveaways, we recommend small items only and that you bring in only what you need for each day.
We also do not take any responsibility for items left on or inside the Pod.
- An extension lead is needed if you have more than one device to plug into the socket. Only 1 socket will be provided per Pod.
WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING:
The Pod space is limited, so for the safety and comfort of you and your neighbours:
Any screen should fit on your Pod's counter and if mounted, should not go beyond the space of your Pod. Screens on stands next to your Pod are not permitted. Any screen on stands or larger than the Pod will be removed.
You can have a maximum of 2 stools at your Pod. Additional furniture is not permitted and will be removed.
You will be asked to remove any boxes sitting by your Pod. Please bring only what you can store in your cupboard.
We do not allow pop up banners at or near the Pod. Any banner will be removed.
COMPULSORY RESPONSIBILITIES
HEALTH & SAFETY FORM
Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe.
Before arriving onsite we ask all exhibiting companies to complete the Health & Safety Form. It's a requirement for all companies to read through the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook & complete the H&S form.
If the form has not been submitted, or is not completed to an appropriate standard, Informa reserves the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.
IMPORTANT: All forms are due for submission by 12th September.
YOUR EXHIBITING NAME
Please check your POD NAME on the Alter Expo Webshop and confirm it via ALTER EXPO.
We will not be able to change your name onsite, please make sure you provide the correct information before 12th September.

STAND CONTRACTOR SERVICES - ALTER EXPO
Alter Expo is our main contractor for Network X 2025 and they provide a variety of services to enhance your participation at the event:

Important:
The order deadline for Graphics is 12th September
The order deadline for all other services is 3rd October
If you wish to upgrade to a full panel print please do so by 12th September via the Alter Expo Webshop.

PODS are only permitted to have a screen on the counter or mounted, you can bring or hire a screen up to 40".
Screens on stands are not allowed. Mounting your own screen is not permitted.

CLEANING & WASTE

Standard daily cleaning is included in your package, if you wish to upgrade or add services, complete and return the form above.
If you need to dispose of your packaging, banners or panels, complete and return the Waste management form above. As a reminder, we have strict waste policy and will be charging exhibitors and contractors leaving their waste behind.

FREIGHT, HANDLING & STORAGE
DB Schenker is the official freight handler, customs broker and on-site handling agent for Network X. Please submit your order through the DB Schenker portal.
If you do not have an account yet, simply click “Register” on the homepage and follow the on-screen prompts. Once the form has been submitted, your access will be activated.
The order deadline is 26th September. Orders placed after this date will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
IMPORTANT:
- Please do not send any packages direct to the venue by post or courier, as the venue do not accept direct shipping.
- Onsite storage during the event is only available if you have placed a handling & storage order with DB Schenker.
Informa cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment, nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is an internationally renowned venue where each event is given maximum visibility to make sure it really stands out.
The recently-inaugurated Mama Shelter and Novotel hotels, combined with Le Perchoir, our rooftop bar and restaurant, make this exhibition complex a unique destination in Europe.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is accessible via a variety of different modes of transport. Both Informa & VIParis encourage sustainable mobility. The following public transport services serve Paris Expo Porte de Versailles:

CODE OF CONDUCT

Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees. Exhibiting at an Informa event allows you to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability. To ensure that your company and exhibiting stand are aligned with Informa’s sustainability goals:
- View the Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist relevant to your stand type below and consider the steps as you plan your event
- If you have a space only stand, ensure that your stand is compliant with Informa’s Better Stands programme as detailed in the Exhibitor Service Manual
VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.

Informa do not sell, nor distribute, attendee contact information in accordance with established privacy policies. Any company claiming to have such information to sell is not affiliated with Informa, and do not have access to our confidential records.
