The Fiber Carrier Association (FCA) is the Dutch industry association for fibre and digital connectivity. FCA works at the intersection of industry, government and users to strengthen the Netherlands’ digital infrastructure and connectivity ecosystem. FCA also holds the presidency of the European Local Fibre Alliance (ELFA), connecting 16 national associations representing more than 1,200 alternative network operators across Europe.
