Tim Creswick is the Founding CEO of Vorboss, investing more than £250 million to deliver a high-capacity fibre network to connect London’s most demanding businesses. Vorboss owns its network and service end-to-end, and offers 10Gbps, 25Gbps and 100Gbps connections, with simple, transparent pricing. The company operates an in-house academy to train its engineers and technicians, offering a career path to people with little or no telecoms experience. Building an inclusive and diverse workforce is a top priority for the business, especially to address the telecom industry’s significant gender imbalance. More than a third of the Vorboss engineer workforce are women.
