Thierry Papin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of TOTEM France, in charge of the local business.
After first experiences covering both technical and project management in the fixed and mobile telecommunication networks, Thierry reached various responsibilities covering the Engineering and Build strategy of the Orange mobile network in France. He moved then to a CTO position for the Paris region for an additional 6 years responsible for the mobile network evolutions and maintenance, and for the fixed transmission networks. Before joining TOTEM, Thierry has been Deputy CEO in Sofrecom, Orange affiliate, in charge of the IT and Network business for operators and institutions outside France.
