Sam leads ERM’s work on decarbonisation of data centre energy and the built environment across Europe and the Middle East. He advises international clients including technology companies, real estate portfolio owners, property developers, energy companies, network operators, technology developers and financial institutions on decarbonisation and the energy transition.

Sam holds a First Class M.Sci. in Physics from the University of Cambridge, a Ph.D. in solar photovoltaics from Imperial College London, and prior to joining Element Energy spent time in R&D for Sumitomo Chemicals in Japan.
