Randy serves as Vice President of Product Management at Wind River. He is responsible for ensuring Wind River has a competitive product portfolio with Wind River Studio serving the telecom and industry verticals market space. Strong customer engagement and industry relationships around the world to ensure the product portfolio meets our customer’s needs and enables our success in the market.

Prior to this, Randy held the role of Head of Product Management for Small Cells and 5G mmWave at Nokia. Responsibilities included the Small Cell and mmWave strategy, product portfolio and driving business development. This required working closely with Nokia’s customers and regional teams around the world to ensure the product portfolio meets our customer’s needs and enables new business with small cell technology.

Randy has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and throughout his career has held various leadership roles, including software development, system integration, program management, business development and product management.

Randy earned a BSEE from Marquette University.
