Rana has 19 years of experience within the Orange Group, during which she has held various positions managing multicultural teams and strategic programs.

She has notably led significant technical transformations such as the fixed network evolution program and the 'Move to Cloud' initiative for 17 African countries, facilitating the migration of Orange Money services to the cloud.

As Director of Mobile Networks skill center for four affiliates, she supported them in network management and evolution strategy.

More recently, as Director of the Digitalization and Automation skill center for the seven support functions divisions, she guided business teams through digital transformation and value creation.

Today, Rana is leading the Telco cloud direction at Orange International Networks in charge of the design, deployment and operation of all telco cloud nodes, foundation of the softwarization of our international networks.
