Building capabilities in an Agile practices, capitalization of the technology aspects & monetizing them , defining opportune & challenges that could be transformed to opportunities ase well. Leading Technical CEX cross-corporate Committee. Leading developments of cross-functional consultants new business & revenues streams. Starting as EE engineer form KFUPM then as MBA from KAU with a lot of the PMI , TM Forum, CMI certifications & Telecom vast of certification & training. At stc, our team's mission aligns with my expertise in profitability analysis, ensuring that every project delivers value. My role has evolved to encompass both strategic planning and execution, leveraging my certifications in business planning and market analysis to guide complex ICT projects. I am committed to driving innovation while maintaining a keen eye on economic trends, and my contributions are rooted in a deep understanding of business operations and the ever-changing telecom landscape.
