Mustafa is an Investment Director in the Connecting Europe Broadband Fund team.

Mustafa has 18+ years of investment banking and private equity experience in Istanbul, Vienna, Dubai and Luxembourg. Prior to joining Cube in 2018, Mustafa was a director at Unicredit responsible for Corporate & Investment Banking in Turkey. Before that he was head of business development at corporate finance advisory CEE at Bank Austria / Unicredit.

Mustafa was involved in major transactions such as sale of Turk Telekom in 2005 and listing of DP World at DIFX in 2006 as advisor. He also acted as advisor in major infrastructure transactions such as Eurasia Tunnel Project and acquisition of operating rights of Istanbul Ataturk Airport.

Mustafa holds BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University Istanbul and MSc. in Big Data and Business Analytics from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology Madrid.

A Luxembourgish and Turkish citizen, Mustafa is also fluent in English
