Matthew Kleiman is the co-founder & CEO of Cumulus Quality Execution, a software platform that leverages AI-powered workflows and field ready IoT to provide real-time visibility of mission critical work activities. Cumulus was incubated within Shell and spun out in 2018; its technology now serves users across a wide range of industries, including data canters, semiconductor fabrication, energy, transportation, and water infrastructure. Matt is also the author of the 2023 book, Work Done Right: Using Systems Thinking to Guide Your Digital Transformation. Matt lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts, where he enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, skiing, and tennis.
