Luis is Head of Radio at NOS, the leading Portuguese telecommunications and media company which provides mobile, fixed, cinema and contents.

Luis leads all related mobile access domains such as technology, architecture, planning, optimization, devices certification, analytics and R&D mobile related initiatives.

His role includes strategical support to mobile technology evolution, regulation, spectrum auctions, sharing agreements and program management.

Luis is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Telco and IT projects, including technical and management roles in other operators such as Vodafone and Jazztel.

Luis has a MSC in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Tecnico and a MBA from AESE/IESE.
