Mr. Huang is a senior engineer with a master’s degree in engineering. Mr. Huang previously served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Customer Service Department of China Telecommunications Corporation and the Company, General Manager of Guizhou Branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, Director of the Office and Secretary of the Board of China Telecommunications Corporation and General Manager of Jiangsu Branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited. He is currently a Vice President, the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of China Telecommunications Corporation. Mr. Huang has extensive experience in management and the telecommunications industry.
