Profile
A graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École nationale supérieure des télécommunications, and holding a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in industrial economics (Paris Dauphine University), Franck Tarrier began his career in 2002 as deputy head of the communications techniques and networks office within the media development department of the Ministry of Culture.
In 2006, he joined the National Research Agency as a project manager. In 2009, he became head of the "Software" office within the General Directorate for Competitiveness, Industry and Services. Between 2012 and 2016, he served as deputy regional director and head of the "Business, Employment and Economy" division of the Regional Directorate for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labor and Employment (Direccte) of Ile-de-France. He then joined the General Directorate for Business in 2017 as deputy director for "Transport Equipment, Mechanics and Energy."
His appointment as Director of Mobile and Innovation at the Authority took effect on December 1, 2021.
